We want you to love your Sparter products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging and accessories.
  • Be free from signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

For hygiene and quality reasons, used products cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Processing Fee

Approved returns are subject to a $10 return processing fee per returned order.

This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and restocking costs and will be deducted from your refund after your returned item has been received and inspected.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Our team will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@sparterbags.com.

We'll work quickly to make it right and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged through misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • E-Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as non-returnable)
